Spring in Minnesota

I’m convinced that everyone who doesn’t live in Minnesota is convinced that it is perpetually cold here. Like Narnia under Queen Jadis’ tyrannical rule. “Always winter and never Christmas.”

It certainly can feel that way when it’s still snowing in May and you can’t remember what 90 degrees feels like. But there’s nothing quite like spring here.

I made several trips to the lakes this weekend. (I only live a few miles away from Calhoun and Harriet.) Here are a few photo favorites. Sorry, I couldn’t bear to pick just one for the newest 365.
