You know why I love PointsPlus? IT WORKS! And not only does it work– it works even when you don’t do it perfectly. I had a pretty good week. And then I totally fell off the wagon yesterday. And then I got back on. And I was dreading stepping on the scale this morning cause I didn’t do my pre-weigh day detoxy things. But guess what?
Non-Scale Victories: I set a goal to track everything accurately, no matter what it was. And I did! Even when I didn’t want to. And it really does help. As much as I hate tracking, it does create mindfulness and keep me accountable for what I choose to eat.
This Week’s Goal: Eat a salad with lunch every day!
